Our Courses

Gold’s Dental Charm School offers a crash course, one day or two day program. Our crash course is designed for those looking for an introduction or overview to improving customer service. Our in-depth one or two day programs offer a more comprehensive look at our participation in the patient experience. Each course incorporates lecture, personal interaction, and group work in order to give students an optimal mix of instruction and practice.

Our one and two-day programs qualify students for a Certificate of Achievement and CEUs upon completion. Participants in our crash course may be eligible for continuing education units if licensed and working in the state of California.
